Mr. Yichen Mao is an Associate with 30 Forensic Engineering’s Human Factors group. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate in Forensic Engineering from the University of Toronto. As part of the Human Factors team, Yichen assists with technical investigations involving a variety of Human Factors considerations, including motor vehicle collisions, incidents involving pedestrians and cyclists, user fatigue and distraction, cognitive workload, and hazard recognition.
