Ms. Kirstin Pareja is a Project Intake Coordinator at 30 Forensic Engineering, where she supports teams across multiple disciplines specializing in client onboarding and customer service. Kirstin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has held roles in people and culture operations and project management, having led full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, case management, product development, and operational process improvement across the security, non-profit, technology and startup sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, with tracks in Business Management and Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Project Management and Strategic Leadership from Lambton College.
