Ms. Emily Saleh is a Senior Associate with the Civil & Structural Engineering Group and specializes in Building Science. Emily started her career in the building restoration industry reviewing and repairing commercial and residential buildings. During her time in the forensic s industry, she has investigated files related to water infiltration, concrete deterioration, fire damage, membrane failures, poor construction and structural damage. She has also investigated design defects/damage related to roofing systems, window walls, curtain walls, masonry, EIFS and various wall assemblies. She is certified in Infrared Thermography—Buildings Level I and is currently working towards obtaining the BSSO designation. Emily achieved her P.Eng. designation in early 2017.
