Ms. Toner is a Proposal Coordinator with the Transportation & Safety group, where she assists in the pursuit and preparation of proposals. Elisa is committed to providing proposal support to 30’s various teams by vetting bid opportunities, coordinating meetings, proposal inputs, document set up, and more. Prior to joining 30, Elisa worked as a proposal coordinator for Hatch Ltd.’s Power Business Unit, where she was proud to be a part of numerous winning bids for clients such as Ontario Power Generation, New Brunswick Power, Public Works and Government Services Canada, and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. As a proposal coordinator, Elisa leverages her multidisciplinary background to support the team, manage deadlines, and take the proposal from concept to completion.
